Meet Our Team

Bill Weiss brings 12 years of formal training and education experience as a Platform Instructor, Curriculum Developer, and Department Director to Power Direct. He also has 30 years of leadership experience as a leader and manager while serving a as member of the U.S Marine Corps. He served as a Department Director in A training command where he authored new curriculum and directed state of the art training programs for residential courses and those taught by mobile training teams. He taught leadership education in high school JROTC for five years and coached drill team, marksmanship, and physical training.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. He will draw on his diverse background in the military and education to continue to develop high quality training and education for all of Power Direct’s staff.
