Matthew A. Mignona, Director of Client Services

Matt brings to Power Direct over eight years of call center management experience. Matt's leadership background includes Call Center Management, Training, Business Development, Client Services and Marketing. Prior to joining Power Direct, Matt managed the relationship between an industry leading financial institution and its affinity partners. He was responsible for generating incremental credit card account growth through numerous marketing channel via the call centers, branch networks, and other retail locations of the affinity group.

At Power Direct, Matt will be overseeing the Client Services department. His prior experience makes him an integral part of the senior management team.
