Nancy G. Horn, Business Manager
Nancy’s professional experience combines years of marketing, public relations and call center management expertise. She has vast expertise in the call center market, having served as Senior Account Manager across multiple industries. Nancy has executed programs and led projects for organizations in the Control Publications, Banking, Utilities, Health Care, and Telecom businesses. In addition to account management, Nancy’s call center expertise expands into leadership experience in the functional areas of Operations, Human Resources and Quality Assurance. She has been at Power Direct for ten years.

Nancy has leveraged her leadership capability to benefit non-profit organizations. She served as the President of the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc. (Southern California Chapter), working to create a national organization and raise nationwide awareness of the disease. Nancy was also instrumental in setting up “Mother’s Touch,” a special program benefiting the children of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. In addition, she helped create a new cable network dedicated to positive, violence-free children’s programming that reached 16 million households in less than two years.
