Nancy Korzeniewski - Chief Operating Officer
Nancy brings to Power Direct over 10 years of Call Center Management experience in both the outbound and inbound call blending environment, including being highly versed with inbound call routing, handling, training, and technical set up for over 5000 client held toll free numbers. She was responsible for successful results of over 20 centers across the United States Nancy's leaderships background includes Operations Management, Client Services, Training and Command Center Operations. She also maintains the pulse of the industry, as an American Teleservices Association, Member and State Legislative Coordinator, Great Lake Chapter of the American Teleservices Association, and involvement in other industry associations and organizations such as SOCAP, COPC and NODMA.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Akron. Nancy moved from the education field to call center industry in 1994.
